   Flaxseed French toast with Creamy Hot Banana Topping.

• Huevos Rancheros
  Handmade corn Tortilla served with black beans, cheddar & tico cheese, sautéed onions, peppers, tomatoes, garlic & jalapenos.
  Topped with avocado & Sour cream.

• Seared Tiger Shrimp & Eggs
  Served with Hollandaise Sauce, Potatoes Au Gratin & Ciabatta Bread.
